Welcome to GOAVi ("GOAVi," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by GOAVI LLC, doing business as GOAVi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at goavionline.com (the "Site") and any related products or services we offer.

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, signing up for our waitlist, or otherwise interacting with GOAVi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Products & Purchases

GOAVi offers dietary supplements, including teen multivitamins and probiotics, designed with teens in mind. All products are intended for personal use only and may not be purchased for resale or commercial distribution.

Please be aware of the following:

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time and without prior notification.
  • Joining the GOAVi waitlist does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or the ability to complete a purchase.
  • GOAVi reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Age & Parental Consent

The Site is intended for use by parents or legal guardians who are purchasing products on behalf of minors. By making a purchase or creating an account, you confirm that:

  • Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier availability, and other factors beyond our control.
  • GOAVi is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers.
  • Once an order has been handed off to a carrier, responsibility for delivery transitions to that carrier.

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution, though outcomes may be subject to carrier policies.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your GOAVi purchase. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Opened dietary supplement products may have limited or no return eligibility due to health and safety regulations.
  • To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us through our contact page at goavionline.com/pages/contact with your order number and reason for return.
  • GOAVi reserves the right to assess returns on a case-by-case basis and may decline returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.

7. Waitlist & Email Communications

By signing up for the GOAVi waitlist or subscribing to our email communications, you consent to receiving marketing emails, product updates, and promotional materials from GOAVi.

  • Every email communication from GOAVi will include an unsubscribe option. You may opt out at any time.
  • GOAVi will not sell, rent, or share your email address or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Signing up for the waitlist does not create a contractual obligation on the part of GOAVi to fulfill an order or honor any specific pricing.

8. Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's checkout platform, which uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
  • GOAVi does not store, retain, or have direct access to your full credit card or payment information.
  • By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to logos, brand assets, product imagery, written copy, graphics, and design elements — is the exclusive property of GOAVi or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • No content from the Site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used in any commercial context without the prior written permission of GOAVi.
  • Unauthorized use of GOAVi's intellectual property may result in legal action.
  • The acknowledgment "Powered by Big Red Jelly" on certain Site pages does not transfer, assign, or license any intellectual property rights to Big Red Jelly or any third party.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GOAVi, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your use of the Site or GOAVi products.

In the event GOAVi is found liable for any claim, the total aggregate liability of GOAVi to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to GOAVi for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting GOAVi directly. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Provo, Utah, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm while arbitration is pending.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, products, and services provided by GOAVi are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GOAVi expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

GOAVi does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
